Terms

Last updated October 3, 2026

These terms cover the website, the web chat and the connector. By using Founder Memory, you agree to them.

The service

Founder Memory offers structured notes on the published works of business authors, starting with Alex Hormozi. You consult them in the web chat, or through the connector in your AI app.

Founder Memory organizes ideas and methods from published works in its own words, with brief quotations and references for verification. It does not distribute books or complete original texts and is not written, reviewed or endorsed by the authors.

The first consultation needs no account. Free accounts have monthly usage limits. Pro and Max are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically until canceled. Included usage resets on the first UTC day of each month. Paid customers may buy $10 top-ups; unused purchased usage carries over until used. The price and renewal interval are shown in Checkout before payment. You can cancel online from your account; access continues until the paid period ends. To request a refund within 14 days of a charge, write to info@foundermemory.com.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in secure.

Your account, key and private links are personal. Don’t share or publish them. If one leaks, write to info@foundermemory.com and we’ll revoke it.

Fair use

Consult Founder Memory for your own work. Don’t:

  • scrape it, extract it in bulk, or try to reproduce the library, by hand, with scripts or through an AI app;
  • resell or sublicense access;
  • get around the usage limits, for example with extra accounts;
  • attack, overload or probe the service, or use it for anything illegal.

The answers

Answers are general business information, not legal, tax, financial or medical advice. They can be wrong or incomplete. Source-based points cite the relevant book and page or minute of a talk so you can check them. Applications and calculations for your case may be the librarian’s reasoning, rather than the author’s words.

Your decisions are yours. Check what matters, and talk to a qualified professional when the stakes call for it.

Suspension and termination
